Proto-Indo-European – Lingua Franca for the Imperium

If Europe had witnessed at some stage during the last couple of centuries the unification of France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Romania and parts of Switzerland and Belgium, perhaps as the result of a successful campaign by Napoleon, then the interesting question arises: which language would the people of the new Mediterranean Imperium have chosen to communicate with each other?

Southern European lingua franca

My guess is that Latin would have soon overcome any rivals – notably French. It is from Latin that all the Romance languages evolved, so none of the participant nations of this hypothetical Napoleonic Imperium need feel slighted by having their language and culture ignored. All are off-spring of the Roman Empire. A stable empire demands a common language, but forcing French as a lingua franca onto the peoples of southern Europe would seem to serve the petty interests of French nationalism, rather than those of a Napoleonic Imperium aiming for centuries-long progress with stability. Additionally, Latin had been the language of the educated classes, of the natural sciences and humanities, throughout Europe for many centuries.

Literary tradition

With the advent of the IMPERIUM during the early 21st Century, a similar problem arises. Which language, out of the proud literary traditions of England, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Scandinavia or Russia, will the peoples of Europe decide to use to talk to one another?

Once again, the answer is straightforward: Aryan, or Proto-Indo-European, to give it the polite, if cumbersome, moniker.

On the practicality of such a venture, extensive and plausible reconstructions of the original Aryan language were already available by the middle of the 19th Century, ironically a generation before the abortive liberal experiment of Esperanto. Instead of patching together some artificial language like an intellectual Meccano kit, how much better to take inspiration from the source of all the languages, nations and tribes of Europe: the source of not only our language but our culture, our metaphysics and the very stuff we are made of! All the major tribes and language-groups of Europe (Celts, Germanics, Balts, Slavs, Hellenics and Italics, as well as many beyond) are direct descendants of the Proto-Indo-European ur-speech, so no nation need complain of alienation: instead all will rejoice in their common brotherhood. Necessary new words arising from new technologies can be incorporated into common-language Aryan much as they are today, perhaps even maintaining the Greek/ Latin composite pattern.

Natural language for Europeans

Once a common Aryan language is taught in all our schools across Europe, in addition to the regional or national mother-tongue, we will see two immediate benefits.
The first is practical. For the first time in millennia, the people of Europe will be able to speak to each other with ease. We can expect a corresponding acceleration of our culture, science and economy.

The second advantage is more esoteric, yet more profound, especially for the individual mind. Studying the roots of our own language will give us a deeper understanding of ourselves, as a member of a nation, a tribe (Celtic, Germanic, Slavic etc.) and as part of a potentially eternal race and culture.

Language is deeply implicated in consciousness; our native tongue forms our perception at the same time as exterior reality informs and modifies our language. As well as revealing the deepest strata of the European weltanschauung, study of the original Aryan language will necessarily throw light on significant divergences between one's own native language and the pan-continental speech from which it evolved. For instance: the subsequent development of the future tense in Germanic languages by use of the verb “will”. Not only will Europeans better understand the metaphysical structure of our 10,000+ years of shared culture, as outlined in Georges Dumézil's trifunctional hypothesis, but also the particular viewpoint and contribution summarized in the idiosyncrasies of their own unique mother tongue.

The argument for the original Aryan language as the common language of the future pan-European IMPERIUM is powerful: it will bring to each individual a fuller appreciation through words of both their nation and their race and culture, and their station in the cosmos.

Psychological Aspects of the European Revolution

The European Revolution will be above all else the Revolution of the Psyche
- and therefore it will be the most decisive event in our history.
It will release terrible destructive forces, but it will also lead us toward
healing, understanding and coming together.
We will re-define ourselves: Who we are, what we are made of, where do we
stand in this endless universe and what will be our destiny.
We will learn to understand how it affects us that we are an integral part
of our land, that our body is the creation of our soil and that this bond is
both mentally and physically absolutely vital.
We will learn to understand how our landscape - trees, sea shores,
mountains, meadows and villages shape our body and mind...
... and how the masses of poor hostile aliens, parasites, creatures of urban
jungle can never share this.
The white cliffs of Dover is not just beautiful rhetoric
- That sight, that landscape affects you physically through your emotions
and therefore those cliffs are part of you - physically.
We will learn that this kind of bond gives us certain rights and certain
duties.
We will learn to value our emotions - our love for our country and our
devotion for our people - because the relationship between the emotions and
the physical world is the same as the relationship between energy and
matter.
- Our emotions, more often than we care to admit, dictate our actions and
our actions shape the physical world around us.
The European Revolution will be a pantheistic revolution, because it
emphasizes the eternal cycle of nature and life.
The European Revolution emphasizes community rather than individual.
- It will be a powerful antidote against egoism, consumerism and
materialistic greed.
The European Revolution challenges the notion that man lives only to himself
and is separate from nature.
The European revolution aims at reinstating the natural order, which was
lost in the wake of the scientific and industrial revolution.
- Unlike Christianity, which is preoccupied with the salvation of the
individual soul and its eternal life after the physical death, we seek
immortality as members of our community, race, and as parts of the
ecosphere. Instead of waiting for rewards in the afterlife we value this
moment and this wondrous universe around us.
The European Revolution is also the revolution of the forbidden dark side of
our nature!!
For the naive liberals everything should always be nice and easy.
We however should see man as a whole, who is not complete without both
aspects of his personality - light and dark. And when the need arises we
must not hesitate to call upon the more complex side of our personality -
the dark undercurrent of the subconscious - our inner beast.
For decades we have been living in a fantasy world. The liberals have
declared that the beast is dead and our subconscious has been tamed -
reason, tolerance, materialism have prevailed and our past, our original
sin, has been exorcised. The cobwebs of violence, lust and hate have been
cleared away and light has entered where darkness once ruled.
But now as the liberal world is quickly deteriorating we can see that the
beast is very much alive after all. It has been only dormant for the past
sixty odd years, but it never went away, it never left us.
So far we have been told that if you are a decent person - study hard, work
hard, pay your taxes, obey the law - you will be rewarded for this. You will
get a decent job, a nice home and you'll be able to provide your family. You
will be respected for your efforts and you and your family will be protected
against crime and violence.
But things are rapidly changing - no matter how decent you are, no matter
how much you try you will not be rewarded:
- The rampant immigration turns the country that used to be yours unbearable
for you to live in - now you are the alien in your old neighbourhoods.
- You become the main target of the ethnic crime simply because you are
white.
- The police is unable and the courts unwilling to protect you.
- Those who sponge on the society ridicule you for you for your efforts.
- Habitual offenders prey on you.
- Politicians and media demand you to deny your identity.
- Your children are taught to hate themselves.
- The economic and social fabric of the society falls apart - the schools
rot and the Health Care System is in ruins.
- Year after year your life and the life of your family becomes economically
more and more precarious - you have to work harder to make ends meet and
still it is not enough.
- The future holds nothing good for you anymore, nothing to look forward to,
things are only going from bad to worse...
... you start having doubts ...
The pattern brakes, you are on your own.
- Slowly you start to get angry, but at first you don't realize it because
you are told by the system that you should be content.
- It is your own fault if you can't adapt to the changing world.
- Change is for the better - you should be happy.
- Feeling discontent equals disobedience.
- Only bad people do not welcome the change.
- In order to be good you must accept everything.
But you can't accept the change, because you can see that everything is
going wrong.
You struggle with your emotions - you want to be like the others, go with
the flow, believe in the lies and hope that maybe just maybe things will
work out in the end - at least for you...
... but you can't.
This conflict within makes you sick. You are constantly agitated, you feel
nauseous, weak and powerless, you have short of breath. It as if a heavy
weight was laid on your chest.
... Until one day you realize just how angry you are, but more than that,
you realize that you have every right to be angry.
- You accept your anger.
- The beast is awoken!!
Gradually you start working on your anger, you refine your anger - you
refine your anger into HATE! and now you are on your path to recovery - for
anger makes you weak but hate makes you strong!
Nowadays there is a lot of talk about hate crimes. There is an entire body
laws against hate crimes. Everybody seems to be worried about hate. Hate
appears to be the gravest problem of our time.
- But hate is good.
- Hate gives a structure to our life.
- Hate gives us a reason to exist, a focus, something to strive for, an
identity.
- Hate is energy, pure energy, provided by mother nature herself.
- Hate enables us to see through lies and pretense and helps us to
concentrate on the essential.
- Hate is democratic - even the rich and powerful cannot hate more than
their slaves and subjects - and soon hate may well be all that we have left.
- Hate emancipates - without hate for slavery you cannot break your shackles
and without hate for injustice there can be no justice.
- The greatest achievements of the human race have grown from hate and from
the ability control hate.
- Hate separates humans from animals. Animals do not hate but humans do.
Humans can hate for decades sometimes their entire life. We can even pass
hate on to our children and keep hate alive for centuries.
- Hate is a sign of an abstract intellect for only humans can hate people
they have never seen or met and only humans can hate concepts and processes.
- How can we know what love is if we refuse to recognize and understand
hate. Love and hate are the two opposite sides of the same coin - without
hate we are only halflings.
- In order to be complete we need hate.
- Only fools talk endlessly about love but forget the hate.
- Hate separates us from the meek and docile masses.
- Do not fear hate, do not deny or reject hate.
- Accept hate, embrace hate, learn to know it, learn to use it.
- Hate is your most powerful weapon, a hidden source of your strength. Do
not deny it from you.
- What the liberal elite fears most in this world is our ability to hate,
because our hate will one day be the most revolutionary force on the planet.
- Our hate will destroy and create empires.
The European Revolution is also a biological necessity, because it is the
call of the wild in us!
- Reason, tolerance and moderation step aside when the beast takes over.
- It is our animal side, our subconscious, that challenges our weak, kind,
liberal-minded and civilized super ego.
- The reptilian parts of our brains turn against the Cortex, the new comer
of the brain, the realm of sterile intellectual speculation and theoretical
non-sense.
- We need to be guided by our sexual urge, our territorial greed, our
violent impulse and excessive passions.
- For reason has lead us astray and intellect has betrayed us: they have
rendered us self-hating wimps and timid, spineless wind bags.
- Modern world has turned into a deadly trap to us and liberal humanism has
broken all its promises.
Very soon we will experience the hour of the wolf, the moment when our dark
side takes over, when the entire race is consumed with burning desire to
survive - at any cost, at any means. And then the next decades our dark side
will reign without constraint leading us from this dead end and eventually
saving us.
- The world thought we would be an easy prey but the reverse will happen and
we become the hunter.
- Now as the civilized, orderly, liberal world is falling into chaos and as
the organized society retreating in the face of mob violence and rampant
crime it is only natural that we also become what we truly are:
We are products of struggle!
Millions of years of merciless evolution has bestowed on us strength and
abilities that we have simply forgotten or denied their existence.
- The European Revolution will be a great process of healing as we come to
terms with all aspects of our personality - even accepting the dark side -
and as we finally start defending our honour and dignity and have the nerve
and the audacity to demand respect.
- We are proud of our achievements and we understand that we have the right
exist as who we are.
The European Revolution and the psychology of power.
The so called revolutionary left seems to be more interested in tearing
everything down rather than building anything new - let alone preserving
anything we have built so far.
For the radical leftists revolution seems to be a kind of orgiastic climax
of bad behaviour - children taking over the nursery, jumping up and down in
their beds and playing with food - and maybe even running into the drawing
room and knocking down the Ming vase.
For the radical leftists society is like an authoritarian father against
whom you constantly rebel - or in a more freudian sense, want to murder -
yet at the same time you always expect him to pay the bills.
We have to be so much more mature!!!
This continent, this civilization is our heritage and we must reclaim it
from those who have stolen it. We must take back what is rightfully ours and
then build it to the best of our abilities.
While the left spends all its time and energy breaking everything down and
alienating the ordinary people we must be the system builders - like the
ancient Romans - always willing to build our society, always prepared for
voluntary work and always perfecting our organization and methods.
While the radical left only makes demands on the society we must think what
we can contribute to our society.
While the radical left by its nature is deeply parasitical we will be its
exact opposite - a constructive national force.
Our enemies are lazy parasites, criminals and anti-socials. Through work,
organization and discipline we will be giants compared to them. We will
leave a mark on this world but they will disappear - and not even a memory
shall remain after them.
While the radical left only wants to shock and aggravate the ordinary tax
payers and law abiding citizens we must constantly think how to seduce the
mind of the masses, how to appeal to the man of the street, how to respond
to his psychological needs, how to use his fears and dreams to allure him to
us.
- Because there is one element the radical left always manages to ignore, a
factor in a political struggle, which is absolutely vital if you really want
to change the world.
-- This element is power!
In their childish tantrums the radical left always fails to recognize the
importance of power.
- We however, have to make power the corner stone of everything we do
- The Germans have the expression "Wille zur Macht" - the will to power or
lust for power.
- We must have the will to power, we must lust for power.
- Every waking hour we must think how to get the power and to use it.
- We must be consumed with desire for power.
- Only fools think that you can change the world without power.
- Only wimps and losers think that it is wrong to have power over others.
- And only naive simpletons who know nothing of this world believe that you
can smash the power, destroy it, make it go away, create a world without
power.
- Where there are people there is power - political, economic, religious,
social, sexual power - then it is just a matter of choice whether you want
to rule or be ruled.
- We must accept this fundamental truth that power is everything and that we
must be prepared to do everything to get it.
- We must make ourselves attractive to power.
- We must constantly think of power, we must constantly talk about power.
- We must make everybody understand that all we do, say or think is about
power.
- We must make everybody understand that our movement is about power,
absolute power, power with no bounds.
- And we must make everybody aware that we already know that we will get the
power - for we have the will, the means ... and time is on our side.
- Why should we do this?
- Firstly, the more you want something the better are your chances of
getting it. The first step in getting anything is wanting it, believing that
you get it, visualizing that you get it.
Through exercises of positive affirmation we become stronger, more
convincing - to ourselves and to people around us - and we increase the odds
of achieving our goals.
- Secondly, we must mesmerize our enemies like the snake paralyzes its prey
with fear before the strike.
Our liberal enemies are already feeling the pinch. They are not quite so
certain anymore that their ideal world would come after all... their doubt
grows year after year.
While the liberals are gradually losing their faith our absolute certainty
that we will take over the society tells the liberals that we know something
they don't - and this makes them nervous.
The liberals are already in defense and defense always eventually leads into
defeat.
The Revolution of Self-Discipline:
The Left is always very busy advocating lofty ideals - human rights, civil
rights, freedom of thought, freedom of speech, freedom of expression - the
list goes on. But when you take a closer look at the Left - especially the
radical left - these words get a very different meaning.
The leftist concept of freedom means freedom to sponge on the society,
freedom to terrorize the public to express your precious political views,
freedom to intimidate people who don't share your values, freedom to break
the law if you feel like it, freedom to steal if it fits your own personal
code of ethics ... and in general ... freedom to behave like a total brat.
We can safely say that the most influential and destructive philosophical
innovation the modern left had for the western societies was the idea that
no one is ever accountable for one's actions.
- Just think how the leftist thugs and trotskyite punks defend themselves
after they have burned cars, looted stores and vandalized property
- Or think how the leftist university intellectuals defend them.
- Whatever these bums have done they are never guilty of anything - it is
always somebody else.
It is not the punks carrying Molotov's cocktails who burn cars - by some
twisted logic we should actually blame the police.
When shop windows are smashed you shouldn't blame the rock throwing
Trotskyites but the system that forces them to do so.
When you see public places being vandalized, remember that vandalism is
simply a justified reaction of our young people against racism and
oppression.
Philosophically the left states that man is simply a product of the society
and therefore we should always blame the society for everything and not to
expect the individual to control his behaviour in any way.
- In the eyes of the modern left self-discipline equals fascism.
This attitude makes sense when we remember that already the "heroic"
revolutionary struggle of the young radical leftists in the 60's was only a
childish tantrum of the most pampered and spoiled generation this planet had
so far seen.
It was easy to play revolution here in the affluent west, to challenge and
defy the "system" which was a democratic, well meaning, welfare society, to
demand freedom when you already were free.
- And still for decades we have been forced to listen to the self-praise of
the 1968 generation for their heroic achievements - especially how they
liberated us from the stuffy reactionary values of the past.
The message of the infantile revolution of the 60's nevertheless is that bad
behaviour is revolutionary activism.
It has become painfully obvious that modern leftism is simply a form of
regression to a childlike state of irresponsibility and low impulse control.
Since we live in societies where leftist values are predominant the ultimate
form of rebellion is SELF DISCIPLINE.
The European youth will realize that the best way to defy this repugnant,
decaying system is by exercising strict self-discipline and by displaying
strength of character and sense of duty.
The generations that will reach adulthood in the coming decades have the
freedom of choice and to the amazement of the society this is what they will
choose.
The European Revolution will be the revolution of the Will and
Self-Discipline. - It will be a rite of passage into adulthood for our young
people.
For the European Youth this revolution means:
a) Taking charge
b) Carrying the responsibility
- no more hiding behind anyone's back, no more excuses.
c) Making demands on oneself
d) Growing up through sacrifice
e) Becoming wise and strong through work and struggle
The European Revolution means being relentless, unyielding and proud!
The European Revolution will be more than anything else a deeply
psychological revolution. It will reform us so that we can once again be
mature adults... ... fit to rule the world.

Homo Americanus

HOMO AMERICANUS: Child of the Postmodern Age. Tomislav Sunic, Foreword by Professor Kevin MacDonald (2007)

Rather than present a general review of Tomislav Sunic's important new book about the foundational myths of the United States, which has already been commendably reviewed by Troy Southgate in NEW IMPERIUM #4, Dr Fredrick Toben, Paul Gottfried, Peter Rushmore and others (Amazon UK,Amazon USA), I will concentrate on just one observation from the book which is largely unknown to the European man in the street, if not European Identitarians. This observation is the parallels between the aftermath of the American Civil War (1861-1865) and the American subjugation of western Europe after World War Two.

Southern Agrarians

In 1930, a group of American Traditionalist writers and poets called the Southern Agrarians published their manifesto I'LL TAKE MY STAND, in response to post-Civil War Yankee domination. In this tract, one of their number, Frank Lawrence Owsley, stated in his essay 'The Irrepressible Conflict': “The rising generation read Northern literature, shot through with the New England tradition. Northern textbooks were used in Southern schools; Northern histories, despite the frantic protest of local patriotic organizations, were almost universally taught in Southern high schools and colleges...”

This behaviour of the anti-Traditionalist Northern Yankees can be seen as a precursor to American political and economic suppression of Europe following World War Two, as Tom Sunic writes, “notably when the American educators introduced into European places of higher learning the curricula consisting of Puritan derived hypermoralism, mixed with atheistic Catholic-bashing Freudo-Marxian scholasticism, and carried out by Frankfurt School theoreticians”. It is the same warped ideology that still rules academia on both sides of the Atlantic today.

By exposing the alien Judeo-Christian/ Puritanical roots of the United States, and their continuing infestation into all parts of the globe, Sunic has done a great service to European Identitarians.

Euro New Right & Sexual Morality

The ENR’s “paganism” entails a naturalism towards mores and sexuality. Unlike still traditionalists, ENR members have a relatively liberated attitude towards sexuality. Thus [Alain de] Benoist had no qualms about giving an interview to Gaie France, which features homoerotic images as well as cultural commentary. ENR members have no desire to impose what they consider the patently unnatural moralism of Judeo-Christianity on sexual relations. However, while relatively more tolerant in principle, they still value strong family life, fecundity, and marriage or relations within one’s own ethnic group. (Their objection to intra-ethnic liaisons would be that the mixture of ethnic groups diminishes a sense of identity. In a world where every marriage was mixed, cultural identity would disappear). They also criticize Anglo-American moralism and its apparent hypocrisy: “ . . . a video depicting a man and woman having sexual intercourse . . . is liable to confiscation by the [British] state. One graphically depicting teenage girls being disembowelled by razor blades affixed to the fingers of a repulsive ghoul, by contrast, tops the rental figures quite lawfully across the land, goes into tour editions, each more disgusting and genuinely obscene than the last, and is not indeed the most unpleasant revelling in blood and gore to sit lawfully on the video shops’ shelves.”[The Scorpion, No. 13: Winter 1989-90, p. 52.] In this, they are closer to a worldly Europe than to a puritanical America obsessed with violence. According to the ENR: “Our ancestral Indo-European culture . . . seems to have enjoyed a healthy natural attitude to processes and parts of the body concerned with the bringing forth of new life, the celebration of pair-bonding love, and the perpetuation of the race.”[The Scorpion, No. 13: Winter 1989-90, p. 51.]

In its desire to create a balanced psychology of sexual relations, the ENR seeks to overcome the liabilities of conventional conservative thought: the perception of conservatives as joyless prudes, and the seemingly ridiculous psychology implied in conventional Christianity. It seeks to address “flesh-and-blood men and women,” not saints. Since some of the Left’s greatest gains in the last few decades have been made as a result of their championing sexual freedom and liberation, the ENR seeks to offer its own counter-ethic of sexual joy. The hope is presumably to nourish persons of the type who can, in Nietzsche’s phrase, “make love alter reading Hegel.” This is also related to the desire for the reconciliation of the intellectual and warrior in one person: the reconciliation of vita contemplative and vita activa.

This naturalism leads the ENR to re-evaluate “the feminine” and reject what it sees as Christianity’s denigration of women. The ENR has begun developing a counter-ethic of feminism which, while respecting women and “the feminine,” rejects the US ideologization of gender by politically-correct feminism. These ideas promise to overcome the poisoned atmosphere of sexual relations and the neopuritanism of radical feminism. “In pre-Christian Europe, amongst the Celts and the Norse for example, women, without in any way renouncing their femininity or seeking to be ersatz men, enjoyed essentially equal rights.”[The Scorpion, No. 13: Winter 1989-90, p. 51.]

Report: New Right 11th London Meeting

First up was Mr Christopher Chibnall with a fascinating anecdotal talk on the artist and magician Austin Osman Spare, billed as the first postmodern occultist. When I worked at Watkin's occult bookshop off the Charing Cross Road, we kept our Osman Spare in a lock-up glass bookshelf in the basement. Mainly because of their value, but partly also for their content (not that we'd get many kids in the basement, which was devoted mainly to books about Advaita Vedanta Hinduism; kids naturally preferred gawking at the crystals, jewellery, statues and other New Age trinkets on sale upstairs). I'd like to thank Mr Chibnall for elucidating the ideas of this singular individual, who was a fellow south Londoner and instigator of his own Chaos Magic. Mr Chibnall is working on a book about Austin Osman Spare, although I'm surprised that he hasn't already been beaten to it by Peter Ackroyd; this mixture of London, the occult, raw sexuality and consciousness is quintessential Ackroyd territory.

Next up came Norman Lowell from the highly successful IMPERIUM EUROPA movement in Malta. At his last talk at a London New Right meeting a couple of years ago Mr Lowell outlined the spiritual and practical delineations of the coming Imperium; this time he introduced a new element to his thinking, namely Dominion. Just as, like Evola, Lowell associates the ideas of a Solar/Polar Imperium with Masculinity, so Dominion (from Latin “domus” - “home”) is associated with the regional and local, that is, the Feminine, nurturing principle. This concept adds a whole new dimension to the idea of Imperium. As I listened to Mr Lowell I was struck by the thought that I could be hearing for the first time an idea as profound, significant and influential as that proposed by Nietzsche in THE BIRTH OF TRAGEDY. Mr Lowell has a new book out, aptly titled IMPERIUM EUROPA, this Winter 2007. It's worth putting an order in now because his last book, CREDO, is now a sought-after item, with people emailing to ask me where they can get a copy. Mr Lowell also expanded on his exciting idea of reserving a special space in Russia for eugenic progress, and stressed the importance of Aryan solidarity and the avoidance of fratricidal wars.

Following Mr Lowell came Mr Jonathan Bowden. I always strongly look forward to Mr Bowden's talks; he outlines often complex ideas with astounding lucidity and precision, introducing new facts and new ideas from sometimes obscure thinkers with great flourish. Mr. Bowden surveyed a wide panorama, from the power of intellect, to the commercial elite ruling over us and the insidious culture of victimology. Gay activists in particular have much to learn from his arguments against special pleading. Since I am not a member of the BNP, I am hardly in a position to comment on Mr Bowden's recent run-in with the BNP leadership, save to say that in my opinion the party has lost an immensely accomplished and invigorating speaker.

Finally, from Croatia, Mr Tomislav Sunic, to elaborate on some of his ideas presented in his excellent new book HOMO AMERICANUS: Child of the Postmodern Age. I finished reading this important book about America's foundational myths and their reverberations into the present just last week, and hope to do it some justice by giving it a proper review on this (Aryan Futurism) blog in the near future. As well as discussing the heroic Prince Eugene, the self-censoring society and martyrology, Mr Sunic urged his listeners to look behind the human rights rhetoric of our democratic leaders, and suggested that a read of a country's penal codes could be far more revealing.

As ever, the meeting was at a superb location in central London with a lively, positive, friendly audience – the largest I've seen at a New Right meeting to date. Between speakers, the crowd was abuzz with subjects ranging from the ongoing credit-crunch financial crisis (hardly surprising, given our location in the heart of the Leviathan) to Michael Wood's current colourful documentary series on BBC2 TV about the history of India, which certainly seems to be a hit with European Identitarians. Troy Southgate, Jonathan Bowden, Jonothon Boulter and all the other organizers and helpers at the London New Right meetings deserve praise for opening up this immensely important new intellectual space, the suitably impressive London salon and ante-chamber for the IMPERIUM, and congratulations for enabling this new space to expand, all the while winning fresh support and acclaim. It is a tremendous undertaking triumphantly fulfilled.

Military Cooperation between Western Europe and Russia

It is easy to talk about cooperation but what would be concrete measures we should take?
What is the most URGENT danger Europe is facing ??

- The massive pressure against Russia’s borders !!!
- The forgotten ethnic war in the east !!!!!

Russia needs help:
- Russia’s border is the longest in the world.
- Russia’s border is a land border infiltration is easier.
- Border areas are already populated by non-Russians, which is why it is easier for infiltrators to get over and and blend in.
- Larger and larger areas are in danger of becoming base areas for further infiltration. These areas can very soon be DE FACTO beyond the control of the Russian state. The presence of the state in these areas can sooner than we think be only a facade while the actual power is in the hands of ethnic mafia and family/clan networks.

At first the mushrooming infiltrator communities will be considered as “part of the system” since they do not openly declare that they want to break away - until the day comes when there is no system left.

Russia’s unique problems: Vast land, difficult terrain, no natural barriers, reliable population only a thin cover - especially in the periphery > guerrilla like infiltration is easy.

The most successful invasions to Europe have always come from the east!!!

Our/Russia’s worst problem:
1) Dwindling demographics
2) Biggest population explosion in human history taking place in the muslim world and China.
3) Economical and environmental pressure forces people to abandon their homes
> Pull and push effect against our borders.
The situation is very much as the same as in the ancient Rome when the borders experienced a prolonged demographic pressure from the periphery.
A psychological problem:
To fight back the infiltrating masses is a war of wills.

Two factors struggle:
1) Our will to ward off the avalanche of the infiltrators and our preparedness to use what ever means necessary to achieve this goal.
2) The desperate determination of the poor masses to find a new home and a better life at any cost.

Bottom line is this:
The poor masses are coming anyway no matter how we turn them away at the border, they will always find a crack in the fence - therefore we must be emotionally and morally prepared to physically deal with the infiltrator communities and the infiltrating population.
Our greatest enemy is our humane benevolence and compassion since they render us defenceless at the face of rapacious desperate masses.
Special problem: Expulsion or even harsher methods of dealing with the infiltrating populations will undoubtedly lead in to reprisals by the governments whose citizens we are facing at our borders. We may assume that the harder the struggle becomes and the harder our measures get the harder the reprisals will get as well. We have to accept that defending our/Russia’s border will undoubtedly make us very unpopular.

Western Europe’s advantage
Densely populated > immigrants cannot hide behind great distances and difficult terrain.
Densely populated > overcrowding becomes acute more quickly.
The decline of Europe’s indigenous population is not quite as steep as Russia’s - yet.
Europe’s sea borders are easier to defend - once there is the will to do so.

What does Russia need then in her struggle, what can Europe give her?
Men?
Steel?
Fortifications?
Will?
As I already pointed out our and Russia’s greatest problem is the declining demographics.

European population was expanding ever since the black death. Since late 14.th century European population grew the same rate as the masses in the developing world today. European surplus population colonized the large parts of the planet and provided the labour for the industrial revolution.

But above all else the ever growing population was the raw material that was needed for the endless wars in Europe. Without population growth the large scale wars would have been impossible.

Just imagine how quickly after the WWI Europe was demographically ready for the WWII and how quickly the massive population losses of the WWII disappeared as the birth rate sored right after the war.

But now everything has changed - we are in decline and those over whom Europe used to rule are expanding.

The biggest problem at the moment is not yet that we don’t have enough young men - we could still raise huge armies if we wanted to. The biggest problem is emotional: If we don’t have big enough surplus of restless young men ready for adventures and to risk their lives we are in danger of turning emotionally in to societies of old women. Emotionally our societies are in danger of losing the inner pressure that is needed for outward expansion or just to keep borders where they are now. Our enemies on the other hand have plenty of these reckless lads who are right now looking for new territory to conquer, battles to win and women to impress.

The great question is - can we over come the disadvantage of declining demographics through our superior military technology and organizational skills.

The answer in my opinion is YES - provided that we make a use of this one advantage as soon as possible because one day even that won’t be enough.

We must break the vicious cycle of declining demographics but demographic changes come very slowly at first and we can’t wait for decades so we must attack as long as we still have strength to do it.

In my opinion due to the dire demographic crisis in Russia, Europe must provide Russia with troops to help her defend her and our borders.

Does Russia need steel then?
The answer is no. Russia has a vast and highly developed arms industry that can easily provide Russia with all the necessary weapons. The war against the infiltrators will be also be a low tech war rather than a high tech war. To crush the infiltrator masses and their base areas within Russia requires more will and brutality than sophisticated technology.

Does Russia need fortifications?
The answer is no. The war against the infiltrators will be a highly mobile war, a war where we must be the aggressor, constantly on the offensive. If we start hiding behind fortifications we admit that we can’t control the situation, by showing fear we would then be admitting defeat.

In my opinion what Russia needs the most right now is will. Will to defend her borders at any cost by any means. Pan-European forces standing side by side with their Russian brothers would undoubtedly boost the morale in Russia to do what must be done so that Europe can live.

Protecting the actual border is not enough though. Active defense means that the first measures take place already beyond the border. Euro-Russia has vital interests to protect in Central Asia and Caucasus - oil and gas reserves.
USA has understood this as well which is why it tries desperately to spread its influence in this region.

Is USA then a credible competitor to Euro-Russia? The answer is NO. The pitiful forces USA manages to send to this area will not be able to control it if the US led system is challenged.

USA is plagued by its geographical position, how can it maintain a believable military force in this area from the other side of the world. For us both Caucasus and Central-Asia are right next door, logistically it would be easy to maintain considerable military forces in this region but for USA it could turn into a night mare.

Controlling Caucasus and Central Asia poses a psychological problem for USA as well. Since USA has only military and economic interests to protect in this region it could be very difficult for the American public to accept casualties in case protecting these interests leads into a conflict with local insurgent groups.
For us the case is very much different since Euro-Russia has much larger issues at stake in Caucasus and Central Asia - we will be defending the very existence of our civilization. - Never mind the oil, Europe’s first line of defense is in Samarkand.
Meddling in the complex affairs of Caucasus region and Central Asia could very well turn into one of those cases where Americans burn their fingers as they over extend their military strength and due to bad planning start to act like a bull in a china shop.

So when the going gets tough the Americans usually get going - but we don’t have that option. And there lies our strength, our strategic advantage.

A word of caution:
Central-Asia will most likely turn into a hotbed of violent conflicts in the future and the reason for this negative development is once again over population. The massive growth of the Central-Asian population and the resulting environmental crisis will create tremendous social pressures, which probably will lead into civil wars, religious fundamentalism and chaos. Due to oil and gas resources the economies of the Central-Asian have undoubtedly grown - unfortunately the population growth strips the results of the economic growth and leaves many people actually poorer than they originally were.

Secondly as the economic situation becomes more dire the legitimacy of the local governments will be challenged. Unfortunately for us most of the current governments in the region that are willing to cooperate with Russia (Euro/Russia some day) are thoroughly corrupted and undemocratic which means that it will be fairly easy for Muslim fundamentalists to challenge them as the social pressures mount.

Since Europe’s first line of defense is in Samarkand and due to the oil and gas resources it is absolutely vital that we manage to maintain a system of loyal political allies in this region. However we may be walking into a trap, which will be like Afghanistan, only ten times bigger this time. We may start off by supporting in an increasing scale friendly governments plagued by civil war and terrorism but end up being stuck into an impossible complex situation. The situation in Central-Asia may one day tie us into a gridlock and to open it we may have to consider a massive invasion.

This is a problem we must deal with since we cannot accept that “Afghanistan” would one day reach the northern border of Kazakhstan because that would threaten Euro/Russian life line to Eastern Siberia.

GAPS IN GERMANY'S NEW RIGHT

REVIEW: GERMANY'S NEW RIGHT AS CULTURE AND POLITICS. Roger Woods (Palgrave, Basingstoke 2007)

In this clear and workmanlike report and assessment of the New Right in Germany, Roger Woods first of all examines the cultural background, then goes on to explore the problematic Conservative Revolutionary and National Socialist legacy, New Right values and programmes, before reaching a somewhat downbeat conclusion. “The New Right project of providing itself with a cultural dimension as a solid foundation for new political thinking has not gone according to plan” says Woods, early-on.

Woods outlines three phases of New Right development in Germany since 1968; firstly as a meta-political movement taking its lead from the French New Right interpretation of Gramsci and culture combined with 1970s ideology, then the period 1982-1989 when the New Right served as a right wing corrective to right wing German Federal and Land governments and also in the historians dispute, and finally from 1989, after the collapse of socialism, when issues of national identity came to the fore.

The most interesting parts of the book deal with the ambiguous inheritance of Conservative Revolutionary thinkers of the Weimar Republic and the background of cultural pessimism. Woods emphasizes the uncertainty many German New Right thinkers betray despite promoting traditional values such as the Church, Family, Nation/ State. The cultural pessimist insight is that all these ideas have been tried, and failed, and that modernity in all its aspects is irreversible. With the current ecological crisis of climate change and industrial pollution, as Botho Strauss points out, not even nature can be relied upon. The quest for institutions that can embody transcendental values is abandoned. It is this feeling of resignation that allows German New Right thinkers like Martin Schwarz to contemplate compromise with Islam: “In a speech to the right wing organization Synergon Deutschland Martin Schwarz declares that if Europeans were to adopt the principles of Islam their nations would flourish”. “We live in a time of chaos and disintegration. If we wish to survive we must not convince ourselves that our main aim is to confront those people who are being uprooted and tossed around as the old order disintegrates...There is no Islamic conspiracy to bring down the West!” - Martin Schwarz.

Opposed to this defeatism are a minority including Pierre Krebs of Thule Seminar: “In the land of Nietzsche and Wagner, Bach and Kant, Clausewitz and Thomas Münzer a single word could fan the red glow of history back to life, smash to pieces half a century of dictatorial 'reeducation' that thought it could displace this word from the mind of a whole people without encountering any resistance”.

From an English perspective, this cultural pessimism may seem a result of over-intellectualizing and the particular, awkward memory for Germans of the NSDAP. If, as it is commonly held, Europe is a Symphony of Nations, then we have already heard the majesty of Mussolini and the sombre, expressionist tones of German National Socialism; yet England, the Celtic lands, Scandinavia, central Europe and Russia have so far remained silent. Let Russia sing and England and France take up the reprise! (Britain's particular excuse for European dis-engagement has been its global empire, its invention of the modern world, and currently its maintenance through force, financial power and flim-flam of that same decaying world).

Unfortunately, there is a significant oversight of which this book is guilty. I would argue that the major fault with the German New Right, and Woods account of it, is a lack of awareness of our true, shared pre-Christian Aryan heritage. As for Christianity, there seems little point in falling back on the tradition of a religion if that religion is wrong; and not only wrong, but destructive. German religious traditionalists are still mainly Christian, thereby continuing the Semitic monotheist intrusion into Aryan spirituality. How can Germans “return” to a faith that caused them so much physical and mental harm, from encouraging Charlemagne to slaughter thousands of pagan Saxons in order to force conversion, or that wasted Germany for generations after the carnage of the Thirty Years War?

Neither Roger Woods nor the examples he cites have much time for the insights of European paganism and the apparent pre-Christian Aryan ideology uncovered by Indo-Europeanists like Georges Dumezil and Alby Stone. European pagan metaphysics in conjunction with the ideas of Western philosophers such as Nietzsche and Heidegger and the political outlook of Evola and Yockey can provide meaning, to resist the onslaught of nihilist modernism and the doubts and uncertainties expressed by New Right thinkers in Germany. This is where the German New Right, and the New Right across Europe, will find the “fixed points”, the traditions, the models for a functioning society, and the new elan – the new spirit of adventure, hope, and destiny – for which the German New Right, and many Europeans more generally, have been searching.

This new spirit must originate from and embody the European Faustean sensibility; it must embrace synthesis, science and technology: “The fascist is obsessed with an ideal of Modernity and youth: he wants to create a new man, a lover of sport and autosport, living in a new city which has been given new life by futuristic architecture. He is an admirer of Le Cobusier, Marinetti, Gropius. He loves motors, mechanical engineering and speed.” - Zeev Sternhell, quoted on p68.


I have just two caveats for a book that is otherwise fair as far as it goes:
- for a book published in mid-2007, the references don't extend beyond Summer 2004 at the latest, as far as I can see. I don't blame the author for this; publication schedules are often delayed.
- secondly, the front cover appears to be a (totally uncredited) photograph of the Holocaust memorial in Berlin. According to the text within, “For the New Right, however, the Holocaust memorial is 'the last testament of the generation of 68'. Before they retire they want to deal Germany a blow which will shake it to its core. Junge Freiheit quotes Rudolf Augustein's view that the memorial is aimed against the newly emerging Germany in Berlin and the sovereignty that Germany had taken so long to restore”. To choose this particular image to illustrate the cover of a book on Germany's New Right is singularly inappropriate, almost a calculated insult directed at the book's readers.

The Fate of Liberal Multiculturalists

Extreme cognitive dissonance can lead to one of two extreme reactions; either a shattering of delusions, sometimes dramatic, in the mind of the subject, or an even greater adherence against logic to the tenets of the zealot's belief-system.

For liberal multiculturalists and anti-Aryan racists, confronted with the appalling results of their misguided beliefs, a damascene conversion to European Identitarian ideology is probably the easiest and least painful option. But a few will stubbornly draw a line in the sand, their protestations against encroaching reality becoming ever more shrill.

From this stump we can expect no sense or reason. They will defiantly defend any minority-ethnic practice, however abhorrent, against the will of the native population. They will insist that immigration from the third world continue, if not accelerate, despite all the cultural, economic and environmental consequences. Their condemnation of nationalists and European Identitarians will become increasingly hysterical and desperate.

In particular, they will cling to the assertion that the national economy is essentially sound, for they are aware (if only dimly) that the admission of a faltering economy is sure to release the demons from the box.

Why I am a Member of the NPD

The NPD (National Democratic Party of Germany) is the only progressive party in Germany. It is anti-capitalist and socialist. It rejects Marxist mumbo-jumbo but positively accepts the good aspects of the German Democratic Republic (GDR). The former manager of the NPD in Saxony, Juergen Schoen, even exclaimed (in 1998) that "the GDR was the better Germany!" (as opposed to the degenerate Federal Republic of Germany)

While the NPD does distance itself from historical National Socialism, virtually all of its organs routinely praise the Fuehrer and various aspects of his regime (some of which are worth praising). This, of course, is not the official position of the NPD. After all, it also embraces the different ideas espoused by National Revolutionaries who were always opposed to Hitler's regime. The NPD tries to incorporate all aspects of German nationalism, including National Socialism. Even Udo Voigt (the head of the party) said so in an interview with the national conservative newspaper JUNGE FREIHEIT (Young Freedom).

The NPD is not only looking to the past for inspiration, but also towards a future that might be the product of a new theory, incorporating both elements from the right (nationalism) and left (anti-imperialism and socialism). The NPD is following the philosophy of the Third Way. Its newspaper, DEUTSCHE STIMME (German Voice), shows that it does not shy away from fundamental criticism of various policies the Third Reich pursued (for example, several articles favorably review the achievements of such illustrous enemies of NS as National Bolshevik Ernst Niekisch and Revolutionary National Socialist Otto Strasser). The NPD is definitely not a "neo-Nazi" party. On the contrary, it is truly national revolutionary in both spirit and action.

Reinhold Oberlercher, an ex-Red (famous theoretician of the 1968 student revolt) became a member of the NPD. Oberlercher calls himself a "National Marxist." He views the Bolshevik Revolution as an Asiatic counterrevolution. Another great German nationalist theoretician is Dr. Michael Nier. He used to be a member of the SED (Socialist Unity Party) and a professor for dialectical and historical materialism at the Humboldt University in East Berlin. After the collapse of the GDR, he became a member of the NPD and tried to establish a National Bolshevik wing of the party. He was sort of successful in the beginning as the party actually tried to establish contact with the Chinese and North Korean leadership. However, reactionaries in the party crushed the National Bolshevik wing. Disappointed, Nier left the party. He still supports the NPD, though, as he views it as the only real oppositional party in Germany.

The NPD is the only party in Germany that openly advocates race realism. The DEUTSCHE STIMME often publishes articles on race theory. For example, in a recent article, it highlighted the Nordic/Germanic roots of Ancient Rome (citing the well-known racial scientist Hans F. K. Guenther).

The NPD espouses not only a nationalist ideology but also a pan-European one. It actively collaborates with nationalist and racialist organizations in Europe and the rest of the White world. The NPD wants to establish close relationships with nationalist parties in Russia. This is an extremely positive development as it cements the eternal brotherhood of Germany and Russia. The famous nationalist folk singer and member of the NPD Frank Rennicke gave two concerts in Russia (Moscow and Leningrad). Both were a smashing success, and Rennicke spent hours signing autographs for Russian fans. Also, the leader of the Russian nationalist organization PAMYAT gave a rousing speech at the DEUTSCHE STIMME Press Fest in 2004.

Unfortunately, a lot of NPD members are quite reactionary in that they stubbornly demand that Germany regain its territory according to the borders of 1937. This is a completely ridiculous demand, of course, and will never happen. I often wonder what the point in such a demand is. While Berlin is swamped with Turks and other non-desirables, and the German population is committing suicide, all these reactionaries can do is demand tiny strips of land that mean nothing in the coming Imperivm Evropa (since borders will become increasingly transparent).

For its logo, the NPD uses the German imperial colors black, white and red. Of course, these three colors are also the three ancient Aryan colors. Without the NPD, Germany has no chance of awakening from its current slumber of death. Without an awake Germany (the heart of Europe), Europe has no chance of regaining its former dignity and might.

Part II

The NPD is the only party in Germany that warns of the imminent threat that large-scale non-White immigration is posing to the integrity of the biological substance of the White race as a whole. Unlike the establishment parties, the NPD realizes that Europe is being colonized by new barbarians from the south. The Franco-German New Right philosopher Pierre Krebs regularly warns the readers of the DEUTSCHE STIMME of a very real Islamic threat.

At the DEUTSCHE STIMME Press Fest in 2006, Waffen-SS veteran and nationalist writer Herbert Schweiger gave a speech about the geopolitical necessity of a close alliance between Germany and Russia. He fervently exclaimed, "Russia needs Germany, and Germany needs Russia!" While he was giving the speech, the dumb skinheads (who, unfortunately, made up the majority of the Press Fest's attendees) listened to a stupid concert at another stage. Some of them wore ridiculous shirts that had a map of former East Prussia on them, with slogans such as "This is the real East Germany." If these pathetic creeps would have listened to a real National Socialist like Herbert Schweiger instead of listening to White nigger music (also known as White Power music), they might have learned a thing or two about the importance of a unified Europe instead of the unimportance of petty nationalism.

The NPD is anti-imperialist in the sense that it is opposed to the anti-White policies that AmeriKa is currently pursuing. AmeriKa's belligerent actions are not in the interest of Europeans. The NPD romanticizes the German Reich. It describes itself as "nationalist and socialist" (which reminds one of the imperial glory of the Third Reich). It is a mistake to demand a "Europe of the fatherlands" (like the NPD does). Only Europe AS A NATION will be able to defeat the enemies of the White race. Nationalism is regressive. Nevertheless, the NPD advocates a Europe that finds its way back to its age-old traditions and myths. The idea of the German Reich is modern in the sense that it evokes the Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation which in itself was the continuation of the Roman Empire and hence the legitimate incarnation of the eternal idea of Imperivm Evropa. Pan-Europeanism is progressive. The NPD needs to develop a strong imperial (as opposed to imperialist) outlook, although it is already heading in the right direction.

Boycott Halal/ Kosher Outlets

All three intolerant, monotheistic Abrahamic religions are alien and deserve the same fate in Europe.

As a first step, we could initiate an organized homosexual boycott of halal/ kosher outlets.

We would show firstly that we will have nothing to do with these barbaric ritual slaughter customs, and also that we are opposed to the alien homophobia that they are bringing to our shores. As a pagan and a follower of modern science, I believe that animals have a consciousness, and also that they experience pain. I am disgusted that we still allow these cruel practices in our lands.

I was not surprised to learn that when our pagan European ancestors (Greeks, Romans etc.) performed a sacrifice, they would first stun the opfer with a blow to the head so it would lose consciousness immediately. This is the same method still used in modern slaughterhouses, because vets say it is humane. As I understand it, ritual slaughter requires that the animal is still conscious when it has its throat slit and is left to bleed to death, which I find abhorrent, especially when it is condoned in my own country.

By making the boycott public, open and organized, we will show that we object not just to their dietary habits, but also to the homophobia encouraged by their intolerant monotheistic religions.
Christians don't tend to have special dietary requirements, and the only Christian shop I know (apart from the charity shops) is the one that sells rosaries by Westminster Cathedral.

Exclusively halal/ kosher outlets include far more than butchers and corner-shops. They can be take-aways, restaurants, cafes or grocers. We should make all of them out-of-bounds, until they change their ideas.

Running the Clock Back

Earlier this month, the UN put forward the argument for accelerating modernism. Kofe Annan gleefully announced that mass migration had increased by one quarter in the 1.5 decades since 1990. He complacently and arrogantly declared that it was “something we can’t stop”, and that it was a “normal part of development”. Yes, in the same way that the Fall of the Roman Empire was also a “normal part of development”.

Rear Admiral Chris Parry of British Intelligence also understood this valid comparison with the Fall of Rome when earlier this month he predicted the immanent collapse through external mass immigration of our own European culture and civilization between the years 2012-2018.

Development Receivers

Meanwhile, the UN joyfully spouts its relentless mantra on the “positive” benefits of migration – how remittances from First to Third World “development receivers” have benefited such countries as Korea, the Philippines, Somalia and Sri Lanka (oh, and sorry about those First World wages being sent home and used to buy guns for your bloody civil wars, guys).

The UN makes a completely erroneous comparison with an earlier period when southern Europe, Italy and Ireland benefited from apparently similar remittances at the beginning of the last century. The difference of course is that when Irish and Italian Americans sent wages back to their homelands, they were simply transferring cash from one part of Western Civilization to another, of the same race and culture; a sort of levelling-out from a resource-rich North America to a more populous, impoverished and exploited Old World, from which North American civilization originated and without which it could never have existed.

The difference today is that those wages/ remittances are being drained from our own European homelands directly into the hands of the enemies of Europe; the Muslim Crescent from the Morocco to Pakistan, Malaysia and Indonesia, with the Middle East at its heart, south American drug-smugglers and bandits and the black sub-Saharan non-civilizations where crime, disease, rape, torture and murder rule. According to Hannes Jocknick of the United Nations, this withering of economic wealth is of benefit even to the developed industrial nations. Try getting your head around that assertion.

In addition, mass migration means more airline flights, more stratospheric pollution as immigrants regularly visit family members, and pick up spouses, in far-flung corners of the globe.

Ethnic Nationalism

The alternative to this UN cosmopolitan nightmare is the recognition of racial, and hence cultural differences, which deserve to be maintained. This is the way we must turn the clock back, away from global Armageddon and climate catastrophe. But this reversal needn’t involve an abandonment of science and technology in the West; quite the opposite. It involves rational state planning, automation, space travel, but all with a healthy respect for environmentalism and Mother Earth. A few decades ago, at the height of the Cold War, the two Superpowers had a concept of a countdown to nuclear annihilation, sometimes standing at hours but on a few occasions (such as during the Yom Kippur War), ticking away at four minutes or less. The Henry Fonda movie FAIL SAFE best illustrated this point, culminating in the voluntary destruction by the Americans of New York City. We need to get this idea of a lethal countdown back into our heads, but instead of the final seconds leading to global nuclear holocaust, we must imagine it as the spiritual, artistic, political, social and economic snuffing out of Europe.

We need to recognize that racial differences are significant, more than “skin deep”, and that each race developed its own unique culture in its own original homeland. A return to these original homelands would guarantee human global diversity forever. Just like the biological environmental bio-diversity and synergies that we are, perhaps too late, at last beginning to celebrate and attempting to preserve.

Appropriate Ideas

What may be good for a time for one particular race and culture, e.g the development of capitalism in north-western Europe, we should accept as being highly destructive to other races, e..g. Australian Aborigines. Or the Jewish development of banking interest rates, which may be fine for the Jews, but which had done so much harm to the rest of the planet and its inhabitants.

Civil Conflict and the Resolution of the Olympiad

Above all each folk must be taught thoroughly the founding mythology, history and values of its own original culture, to encourage a sense of national folk collectivism, so that each individual sees himself as a part of a whole, an extended family. In this way internal economic class divisions can be eliminated, and the nation identified with folk collectivism. Of course, as in any family, differences will occur, and in the national context these will become manifest as civil wars. But without outside interference, and with an underlying comradeship, these civil wars will burn themselves out quickly, as happened amongst the City States of Ancient Greece.

Thunderbirds

If a nation threatens its neighbours, whether through direct territorial invasion, or (more likely and indirectly) by, say, building dirty coal-fired power stations threatening widespread global environmental pollution, a “League of Nations” should be allowed to issue a threat, and if necessary execute a policy of aerial bombardment, without subsequent invasion by land-forces. A sort of 21st Century Thunderbirds.

High Flyers

National collective autarky will still offer meaningful contributions for the ambitious and the dedicated, but instead of working for global corporations that demand international flights, the high-flyers will be encouraged to work directly for corporations within their own country or culture. To take an example from the recent past, for an English computer executive from 1950s Europe, his duty and means of support would be from ICL and not IBM, hence saving stratospheric pollution caused by racking up thousands of miles of useless aircraft travel.

Protein Factories

In this ideal world of races returning to their original homelands, problems may arise through a lack of natural resources on their own lands. As a very short-term solution, strictly-limited international trade would provide a stop-gap (using sailing ships, rather than industrial cargo container tankers). Ultimately, in the medium term, these resource problems would be solved by self-limiting populations, with the numbers of people dependent on how much their own land and sea, and industrial food manufacture (protein and plankton factories etc.) can sustain them.

As examples, “white” Americans could be welcomed back to find homelands in Europe and Siberia (and not just the United Kingdom, as the United Kingdom itself is but a small part of the true Aryan homeland stretching across the whole northern Eurasian continent). 9 million Jews could build new homes within the limits of the pre-1967 Israeli borders. If greater metropolises such as London, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Mexico City can exist on even less land, then this should prove no problem. The watch-words for the future are that global consumer capitalism is destroying our planet, and above all migration is a polite word for the ugly notion of invasion. By reversing both these fatal trends, in the teeth of the United Nations, Atlanticists, international corporate capitalists and New World Order Zionists, we are at last handing over a meaningful future to our children.

THE DECLARATION
of the representatives of European nations and countries -
the participants of the international conference
"THE WHITE WORLD'S FUTURE", held in Moscow, June 8-10, 2006. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Reasoning from the fact that our nations have a common origin, common roots of languages and cultures, as well as a common will to preserve their identitites;

taking into consideration that all of our nations face a mortal danger today; taking into consideration that they risk not only to lose their identities, but also to vanish from the face of the earth;

establishing the fact that the governments of our countries and existing international organizations, NATO included, do not assure the existence of European nations, intensify the danger and do not to make efforts to bring together Russia and the European Union (which is, to our mind, of vital importance today),

we, the participants of the above-named conference, have taken the decisions:

1. to create an alternative international council aimed at fighting for the survival of the White nations and preserving their identities. We do mean a council, not a board of directors of any kind that issues orders and commands;

2. to establish constant and continuous interchange of information;

3. to publish regular declarations on the most important issues and to take measures for protecting the rights of fighters for the life and identity of their nations, who have become or will become victims of repressions;

4. to form a council of all Indo-European nations that have their own states as well as of the nations or peoples that do not have their own states (Bretons, Flemings, Basques, etc.) with equal participation;

5. to elect a committee of representatives aimed at working out corresponding and coordinated documents. The council will have a network structure without a constant centre. Provisions for the replacement of a member of the committee of representatives with a substitute are also to be made.

6. To choose the Internet as the basic vehicle of communication. Provisions for changing e-mail addresses opportunely are to be made.

We call upon all representatives of countries and nations that did not take part in our conference to join our organization on the same terms and conditions.

We see future prospects for expanding our organizations on all the continents inhabited by white people and creating the Indo-European Nations (IEN) organization on par with the United Nations (UN).

Please accept my hearty thanks for your participation in the conference THE WHITE WORLD'S FUTURE, for your excellent and strong reports. And please accept my congratulations concerning our common success today. Owing to you - the heroes of the present - we have one more victory in our long, dramatic struggle for truth, faith, justice, race and a better future.

Our conference today is an obvious demonstration of a new great return to sacred roots and real fundamental values. Together, we confirm the rebirth of the profoundly European and holy Russian spirit.

We do not intent just to go back to old times for a formal reconstruction of a glorious past. We are conscious that a simple return to old traditions and myths in their archaic forms is impossible in our age. We will never have another Hellas, a third Roman Empire, a Fourth Reich or another USSR.


New Epoch

We have entered into an absolutely new epoch, a new time and spaces. Some thinkers call it the Krita Yuga, post-Christian era, New Age or New Renaissance. We live in a wondering new world with new laws, lies and ideas. Every day, we are facing the challenges of the 21st century. We have to resolve problems of progressive science and technology, contemporary economics and politics, new religions and modern aesthetics.

Good old rules from Christian and Communist times do not work. Sweet Jesus doesn't save. Communism is once again in the past. Fascism has become old-fashioned.

Nordic Germany is being populated by Turks. Belle France looks like Africa. Mongoloid Japan is called the West. And our Nordic Belarus is attacked by the so-called North Atlantic Treaty Organization.

Beautiful America - the dream of millions of European refugees and immigrants - that used to be free, proud and White, has transformed into an aggressive terrorist state, the corrupt policeman #1, protecting Masonic power, human degeneration, race-mixing and global Zionism.

Instead of the red Soviet Union with its GULAG we have a New White Russia, the hope of the heroes fighting for our race and freedom all over the world. Why is it so? How can we explain these paradoxes?


Russia is much more than a country

Russia is much more than a country. It was called Holy Russia, Moscow Kingdom, Russian Empire, Soviet Union, and in spite of all the changes, it still possesses some special essence. Her White body is living in the heavens, guarding the memory and the spirit of our race.

Located in the center of the Eurasian continent, Russia was, is and always will be the biggest European country, protecting the West from Mongol-Tatars and Turkish nomads. Formally you may call it post-European, like the USA, because we are the legatees of white colonizers and culture-bearers. But through our race, language, roots and civilization, we are Europeans in spite of all the dramas of the 20th century.

Native Russians make up the main body of our big nation, the nucleus and the spine of our state. If not for the Russians, the whole of Eurasia and Siberia would had been conquered by Chinese or Muslim tribes. Russia is still the center of White resistance in the Caucasus and the Far East.

That's why I propose to rename Guillaume Faye's project of "Eurosiberia" into "Euro-Russia". In this way, the real historical and juridical subject (Russia) is not substituted by the geographic space called "Siberia". From a geopolitical point of view, we come to the ethno-political one.

Unfortunately, the Russian people have become a divided nation today, like Germany's after World War II. The very heart of our Old Russia has broken into three big pieces: Great Russia, White Russia (Belarus), and the Ukraine (its historical name was Rus or Little Russia). The project of Euro-Russia will help to unite the three Russias in a new way and on a new level.

Russia must be a strong national state inside the frontiers of the Slavic part of the former empire. Russians compose more than 80% of the whole population of our state now, so we do not need any multicultural version for our homogeneous nation. Other European, Aryan and White people can be our allies in the world struggle against human degradation.

That's why we support our friends' efforts to build the new continental axis "Paris-Berlin-Moscow " or a pan-Aryan bloc from Spain to India. We obviously need a post-NATO alternative - a new military and political block.

After the victory in 1945 and a long period of Soviet occupation in the GDR (old Slavic lands), our government let Germany be reunited. It was a good gesture, a big gift and a political compromise. In the same manner, Europeans should understand our modern problems.


World War IV

This alternative is developing in the context of World War IV.

The Second World War between the Third Reich and the Soviet Union was in fact a realization of Churchill's and Roosevelt's conspiracy. After having studied Anthony Sutton's works, we can add that these were the plans of the "Skull and Bones" secret order whose dirty tentacles permeated Europe during the First World War. In honor of the heroes who fell in fratricidal battles, we must learn this lesson of history.

The so called "Cold War" is also finished because the USSR has crashed. It does not exist anymore. And Communism as an international movement belongs to the past. Modern Russia is far from being a socialist society because the state is controlled by a capitalist oligarchy.

After the NATO bombings of Belgrade in 1999 and the terrorist diversion of September 11 in New York City, we live in another epoch. You may call it World War IV or just the New World War.

It is very important to realize that this is a war of a modern generation and not only by numbers. The factions are not states or nations anymore but transnational structures, like bankers, Microsoft or the porn business. This war is waged by qualitatively new weapons: brainpower, high technologies, biopolitics, mass media and drugs and programmers. I call it "sweet war" or "honey hell".

Islamic terrorism is only one conflict in a bigger scenario that unites us nowadays. Islamic expansion has always been dangerous not only to Russia, but to the whole of Europe. In the Middle Ages, the Muslim world surrounded White nations. The specific point of today's situation is that NATO and other globalists provoke Islamic attacks in order to destabilize the European way of life. I am sure that the war in Chechnya and the new Afghanistan crisis were planned and calculated with the help of strategists from overseas.

American activity in Central Asia can provoke a big war in the heart of Eurasia. It is very dangerous. In this situation, the role of the Russian army is becoming especially important. Nowadays, European security depends on our warriors as it has in the period of the anti-Turkish alliance.

This war against Islam will last a long time. It is not easy to convert Muslims into Christians and to make Europeans out of Asians. That is why we raise our Aryan heritage. It should help us to oppose the Islamic invasion in the South-East.


Synergies

Shall we live isolated and go away to the mountains or should we build a new society and state? Can we dream about a new empire - a synthesis of the Third Rome, the Third Reich and the USSR - or just construct our Web-sites and exchange information from various countries?

We must work and fight together for a Traditionalist and New Right alternative to the modern degeneration. We should carefully study the ancient and Christian world, make traditional reconstructions and organize festivals, publish books, magazines and newspapers. We should continue uniting our Internet resources as we have started at the web-portal www.ateney.ru.

You may call it Aryan or White Revolution, but please always stress the positive aspects of our movement. We don't want to repeat mistakes of the 20th century. And let us start with ourselves. Let us be wise, educated and strong. Leave the ignorance to the fools. Let us be responsible for our nations, our race, and common heritage.

In any case, we should not work for any sort of "imperialisms." Instead, we need a dynamic synergie or synarchy (leaderless resistance) that can become a living alternative to the pro-NATO European Union.

The center of the world is shifting towards the East. Let it not be Central Asia or China. Who will lead the gigantic Eurasian empire if the percentage of White blood is being reduced as we reach the Pacific Ocean? Who will colonize the enormous areas of Siberia, Asia and the Far East? If we follow the Eurasian principle, "soil before blood," we can already admit our defeat to the Asians, the Chinese and the Muslims of the Caucasus whose ethnical expansion is a menace to our future.

So we do not want Eurasia (a mixture of Asia and Europe) instead of our holy Russia. And we proclaim the fundamental principle: "Blood before Soil!" Biopolitics vs. Geopolitics!


The White World's Future

The modern world, in spite of its technological achievements, is going to hell. Our divine White race is infected by liberal ideals and capitalist standards. It is degenerating and degrading. Switch on the TV, look around the Internet, listen to pop music. What do you see? Stupid shows and non-stop advertising for millions of passive spectators. Transnational business needs you only as a consumer. You must pay, buy and cry with happiness! You are in a golden cell (a new kind of prison) and under sweet occupation.

Asia, Africa and Latin America are following their religious traditions and are growing in population. The White world is making money and having fun. And it is dying.

State-provoked terrorism will not resolve these problems. We need another solution. We want a revolution among Whites. An absolutely new alternative to this vampirism. We want genetic improvement, cultural renaissance and political organization. Our dream is an alliance of White nations, a new military bloc, a new international pact or even a confederation. Not at once, not in one day, but in a real and pragmatic way.

We know that there exists a strong global opposition to this "honey hell." There are different forms of organized and leaderless resistance. We are a proper part of this world "reconquista". Our fight is our way of life, our way to be free, honest and proud.

Though it is not enough nowadays for the victory. Besides the resistance and strong opposition the to the degradation of the White world, we need a constructive alternative. That's why we are here. Our conference today, THE WHITE WORLD'S FUTURE, should be one more step in the building of our new home. Our sacred Fatherland.

This will be an honorable gift to our Beloved Gods and Ancestors. It will be our own Victory in the modern War.

Based on the initiative of the Russian international magazine
ATHENAEUM and the Russian EUROPEAN SYNERGY Centre, an international
conference, "THE WHITE WORLD'S FUTURE", was held in Moscow, June 8 –
10, 2006. The conference had both scientific and practical natures
and was dedicated to the common roots, traditions and contemporary
problems faced by the White world, and their possible solutions.

The conference was held at the assembly hall of the International
Fund for Slavic Literature and Culture (Chernigovsky Pereulok, 9/13),
according to the rules of accreditation declared in advance. The
conference was coordinated and hosted by Pavel Tulaev. In two days,
the following reports were delivered:

(delivered by Alexey Shiropayev); salutary speeches by Vladimir
Ivanov, Alexander Rudakov, Yury Ivanov, Valery Milovanov and others.
The host has also familiarized the audience with salutations from
different countries.

Alongside speeches, new publications by the delegates have been
introduced, as well as new editions of the "Athenaeum" and "SLAVA"
publishing house.

On June 9, at the House of Slavic Music (Taganskaya, 40), a
ceremonial evening party took place in which the delegates, alongside
our friends and numerous guests, took part. It opened with a concert
of classical and modern music performed by the Russian National
Academic Orchestra "Boyan", directed by the national artist of Russia
and the USSR, Professor Anatoly Poletayev. The vocal turns were
performed by the soloists Kuliushkina, Krylov and Ermakova. Great
musical compositions of European classical composers, such as Glinka,
Grieg, Strauss, Chaikovsky and Rachmaninov, as well as patriotic
anthems by Anatoly Poletayev, were welcomed with cheers.

Right after the concert, the delegates were invited onto the stage
and had a chance to address the audience with brief salutary
speeches. The delegates spoke about the importance of White unity in
the modern world. After the salutary speeches, a dinner party took
place.

An excursion to the Tretyakov Gallery was organized for the delegates
on June 10, 2006 to acquaint the guests with masterpieces of Russian
art. As a conclusion, the delegates visited the museum of Konstantin
Vasiliev, where they were welcomed by Anatoly Doronin.

The same night at the museum, the final meeting of twelve of the
delegates took place, during which the achievements of the conference
were summed up. Each of the delegates had a chance to speak in a
circle, to give one's view on ideological and practical points, to
subject some of the points to criticism or to offer assistance. As a
conclusion of this discussion (led by Pavel Tulaev), it has been
decided:

 to consider the WWF Conference, that has become an historical
event, to be accomplished successfully.
 to publish the reports of the delegates and other relevant
information, both in the source languages and translated into
Russian.
 to hold the White Forum annually and to organize the next
conference in one of the Slavic countries.
 to invite the delegates, that could not come to Moscow in
June 2006, to a seminar of Athenaeum in the Crimea (September 2006).
 to study possible options of opening an international school
for young people.
 to establish contacts and interchange of information via the
Internet and to create a system of Web sites.

A discussion of the final declaration of the conference, prepared by
Anatoly Ivanov in Russian and French, also took place. After the
discussion, the final declaration, in which the necessity of
collaboration and creating a new international union is proclaimed,
was signed by: Anatoly Ivanov (Russia), Vladimir Avdeyev (Russia),
Pavel Tulaev (Russia), Galyna Lozko (Ukraine), Pierre Vial (France),
Guillaume Faye (France), Jan-Ber Tillenon (Bretagne), Pierre Krebs

The declaration will be published in the press, as well as on the Web
site of Athenaeum, right after its translation into the primary
European languages.

The face of Athena, the common European goddess of wisdom and just
war, has been selected as a symbol of our union. A slogan, "WHITES OF
THE WORLD – UNITE!", has been selected as a motto.

The organizers want to thank all the participants of the conference,

June 6 2006 (06.06.06.) marked the end of the morbid Judeo-Christian desire to bring on the end of the world (ver-old – the age of man – in this context Nordic/ Aryan man).

This cursed number from the garbage-strewn Revelation of St. John has long fascinated adherents of the death-cults of the Middle East, but we inhabitants of Middle Earth (Midgard) have good reason to rejoice at messages and events that transpired on that date.

On the evening of Tuesday June 6 Newsnight (22:30, BBC2) reported two significant “turning points” for the attempted Bush/ Blair New World Order take-over. The first was the final, devastating exposure of the American policy of “Rendition”; that spider’s web of democratically-inspired torture stretching from the American homeland to western and eastern Europe to Iraq, Afghanistan and all points south-east – the direction of Ironwood and the land of the ogres.

The second about-turn involved Tony Blair’s final loss of credibility amongst his own die-hard NuLab supporters, long after the British public as a whole had woken up to the reality of the notorious “satanic eyes” Tory election poster of Blair during the 1997 plebiscite. Blair has been left isolated and exposed on his own island of despondency, LOST to deal with the invisible monsters about to club him over his head and drag him away.

Nothing in history comes to an end abruptly, in the blink of an eye, so the Atlanticist Capitalists struggled on that same evening with a grim documentary (21:00, BBC2) about global warming and climate catastrophe, idly assuming that Big Business will carry on as usual: typhoons blasting Shanghai, hurricanes in the Caribbean, deadly heat-waves in Paris, submerged idyllic South Seas atolls and a future London inundated within a decade via the triple-threat of rising sea-levels, tidal surges and increased rainfall carried southward from the source of Old Father Thames. Just as J.G. Ballard predicted in his brilliant and prescient DROWNED WORLD (1961). Immediately afterward (22:00) Channel 4 served up the latest episode of meaningless, brutal violence appropriately called LOST, all the time interspersed with adverts for the latest cars, exotic holidays and all the other latest consumerist capitalist trinkets and baubles. BBC2 continued the gloomy theme of the evening (23:20) with a snobbish documentary about English soccer hooligans (which up until the time of writing this we have been excused from the current World Cup in Germany – in fact quite the opposite. English supporters have been praised by the German authorities as amongst the best in the World Cup).

Finally, at the 25-minute count-down to the end of this supposedly ominous day, Channel 4 transmitted a flashy, incoherent documentary about the gruesome fates that befell the cast and crew and others involved in the first production of THE OMEN (1976): a double lightning-strike on planes initially carrying producers of the movie from Los Angeles to London and co-incidental plane crashes, Lee Remick’s near-fatal accident falling off a balcony, a similar fate suffered by one of the stuntmen a year later, mad rottweillers and baboons, an IRA bomb at the hotel of the production staff, and most horrifically of all the decapitation of one of the extras by a tiger.

All these bizarre if directly unconnected events were ascribed to being the work of the Xian Devil – but the logic hardly stands up. Why would the Prince of Darkness do his best to thwart the production of a tacky, vacuous Hollywood movie celebrating his power, glory and immanent return?

Far more likely, if indeed supernatural intervention was undermining the production of THE OMEN, is supernatural intervention from the Old Gods, the Aryan Pantheon having a bit of fun with those promoting the insulting Middle Eastern death-cults. Many of the unnatural events bear the stamp of Loki the Trickster God, having a laugh at the expense of Judeo-Christian dupes.

And here lies the true significance of June 6 2006; that it had no significance. No re-apperance from Satan, or indeed his opposite. No apocalyptic scenario.

The only news, as reported on Newsnight, was good news. Another two nails in the coffin for the dying Bush/ Blair fundamentalist Xian agenda.

With their delusional fantasies blown away, the true vision for the way forward is increasingly clear: the hope and glory offered by the European New Right and Aryan Futurism.
